Terms of Service

By accessing or utilizing the Moussaed AI autonomous platform, API endpoints, dashboard, or agent automation services (collectively, the “Service”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Moussaed AI Inc. (“Moussaed AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you are accessing or using our Service on behalf of a company, enterprise, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not consent to all provisions contained herein, you must immediately cease access and refrain from deploying our agents.

Moussaed AI supplies specialized, self-governing autonomous agents engineered for Lead Generation, Outbound Sales Outreach, and Talent Screening (HR). You acknowledge and agree to the following operational principles:

• Human-in-the-Loop Supervision: While agents operate autonomously to execute workflows, you remain responsible for setting boundary parameters, webhook authorizations, and approving critical actions or escalations.
• Third-Party Integrations: Agents operate via connected integrations (CRM, Slack, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, ATS). You guarantee that your agent configurations comply with the applicable Terms of Service of all integrated third-party platforms.
• Output Validation: Generative AI models may infrequently produce approximations or hallucinations. You are responsible for evaluating critical enterprise communications, outreach cadences, and candidate selection criteria.

We strictly enforce ethical and compliant usage of AI automation. You agree never to use Moussaed AI agents or services to:

• Transmit unlawful spam, predatory bulk messaging, or engage in deceptive phishing campaigns violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL.
• Perform discriminatory candidate screening or bias violation under equal opportunity employment regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, extract core model weights, or probe agent prompt architectures without prior written permission.
• Scrape, harass, impersonate individuals without consent, or breach third-party rate limits maliciously.
• Distribute malware, orchestrate denial-of-service attempts, or compromise system security boundaries.

To access certain features, you must authenticate through verified identity providers (such as Google OAuth) or create an enterprise account. You must provide accurate, complete information and maintain its accuracy over time.

You are exclusively accountable for safeguarding your credentials, API tokens, and agent webhook secrets. Moussaed AI cannot and will not be held liable for unauthorized access stemming from client-side credential compromise.

Moussaed AI offers modular plans including Starter, Pro Suite, and Enterprise SLA tiers.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence via supported payment processors (Visa, Mastercard, Flouci, D17).
• Usage & Overages: Agent execution limits, token quotas, and pipeline concurrency conform to your selected tier. Any applicable usage surges will be calculated transparently.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any moment through your account management portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except where required by applicable local consumer law, prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable once an active agent billing period has initiated.

Your Data: You retain full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights over all customer prompts, leads, CRM records, recruitment files, and proprietary data uploaded to or processed by Moussaed AI.

Platform Rights: Moussaed AI retains all right, title, and interest in and to our proprietary agent engines, UI components, custom orchestration software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation.

No Foundation Model Training: We uphold a strict Zero Data Retention model training policy. Customer enterprise data is never harvested to train public foundational LLM weights.

The Service is delivered “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Moussaed AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or operational data resulting from agent decisions or third-party network outages.

We may amend these Terms periodically to reflect platform enhancements, statutory shifts, or new autonomous agent offerings. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued utilization of Moussaed AI following published amendments constitutes formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
